Strategy & Experience Design

Led the design of a centralized hub for the global Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program within the enterprise. This began alongside a consulting effort and eventually merged into one project because I was able to solve the business problems through design.

My approach was to clarify who and what the CSR program does (to stakeholders across the business), and to provide a one-stop workshop for those within the team. I achieved this through strategically utilizing Information Architecture and applying a fresh look to the UI.

A user-friendly homepage, for all of the CSR teams to share, established a unified online presence.

The homepage led to a single-scroll for each team, which provided general information about their work as well as password protected buttons that link to the tools CSR members use daily.

Each team’s page features special projects that illuminate the value of their work.

I streamlined the UX for this level of the site by utilizing a clean grid of cards and by opting for a simple “close” rather than showing the nav bar.
